Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using this ticket, the holder acknowledges that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agreed to them, and commits to all instructions and regulations issued by the management of Boulevard Garden – Sufuoh Season, in addition to the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Application of Terms and Conditions to Additional Tickets

These Terms and Conditions apply to the entry ticket to Boulevard Garden – Sufuoh Season, and also apply to all additional tickets that are purchased or issued within the project for any event, experience, game, or activity. The purchase or use of any of these tickets is considered explicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, unless there are specific Terms and Conditions for the relevant event or experience, in which case they apply alongside these Terms.

First: Ticket Scope and Entry

  • This ticket allows its holder to enter Boulevard Garden – Sufuoh Season only during the validity date and time of the ticket.
  • The ticket does not include entry to any other event or area within or outside the season unless explicitly stated.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person holding an invalid ticket, a previously used ticket, or a ticket obtained in an unauthorized manner.

Second: Age Category

  • The visitor must comply with the age category specified for each event, if any.
  • The organizer has the right to refuse entry to any person who does not meet the age requirements without refunding the ticket value.
  • Children under the age of 5 enter free of charge.
  • Seniors aged 60 and above enter free of charge.
  • Children are the responsibility of their guardians and must be accompanied when necessary according to the organizer's instructions.

Third: Ticket Policy

  • All sold tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after completing the purchase process.
  • It is prohibited to resell or circulate tickets outside the Shueur platform, and the organizer has the right to cancel any ticket sold or transferred in an unauthorized manner.
  • In case of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the event by the organizer, tickets are handled according to Shueur platform policy.
  • The event management reserves the right to cancel any ticket, refuse service, or remove any visitor from the event site, or prevent them from attending future events, in case of serious violations, breach of regulations and instructions, or any behavior that threatens the safety of attendees or workers or affects the event operation, without any obligation to refund the ticket value.
  • The management has the right to confiscate any forged, altered, or illegally used ticket, cancel its validity without compensation, and refer the violator to the competent authorities to take legal action, including banning entry to the event and taking any other penalties stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

Fourth: Ticket Holder Responsibility

  • The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time, and location of the event before attendance.
  • The ticket must be kept and presented upon request.
  • The ticket holder is responsible for any loss or damage of the ticket after issuance.
  • Entering incorrect data by the purchaser does not require refunding the ticket value.

Fifth: Re-entry

  • Upon leaving the site, re-entry is not allowed unless the event policy allows it and according to the organizer's instructions.
  • The organizer has the right to refuse re-entry at any time for organizational or security reasons.

Sixth: Inspection and Security

  • All visitors and their belongings are subject to inspection before entry.
  • The organizer has the right to refuse entry to any person who refuses inspection procedures.
  • Any prohibited or dangerous materials that may affect the safety of visitors or the event operation will be confiscated.

Seventh: Prohibited Items Inside the Site

It is prohibited to bring or use any of the following inside the event site:

  • Food and beverages from outside the site
  • Animals, except in legally permitted cases
  • Professional cameras or unauthorized photography and recording equipment
  • Drones
  • Weapons, sharp tools, or dangerous materials
  • Flammable materials or fireworks
  • Strong laser devices or any devices that may affect visitor safety or disrupt the event
  • Drugs or narcotic substances of all kinds
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Any prohibited materials or those violating applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Loudspeakers or any noise-emitting devices that affect event operation
  • Smoking of all types, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco devices, except in designated areas, if any
  • Any materials, tools, or actions that the event management considers may pose a safety or security risk, disrupt the event organization, or affect visitor comfort

Eighth: Photography and Usage Rights

  • The ticket holder agrees to potentially appearing in photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during the event.
  • The organizer has the right to use such materials for media, marketing, or promotional purposes in all media, without any compensation or future claims.
  • All intellectual property rights related to photos, videos, recordings, creative materials, trademarks, and logos used or displayed at the event belong to Shueur Company or its licensed rights holders, as applicable.
  • No person may copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or exploit any of these materials or trademarks for any commercial or promotional purpose without prior written approval from Shueur Company or the rights holder, as applicable.

Ninth: Legal Liability

  • Attendance at the event is at the visitor's own responsibility.
  • The organizer bears no responsibility for injuries, illness, death (God forbid), or loss or damage of personal property.
  • The visitor bears full responsibility for any damage caused to the site facilities, property, or others, and the organizer has the right to take necessary legal action.

Tenth: Disclaimer for Games and Interactive Experiences

  • Participation in games and interactive entertainment experiences held within the event, including but not limited to zipline, haunted house, city of professions, zoo, and any other interactive experience or activity, is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each game or experience.
  • Prior to participation, all health, age, and safety requirements must be met, and full compliance with instructions and guidance issued by the organizer, game operators, or supervisors is required.
  • The visitor acknowledges that participation is voluntary and bears full responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from violation of instructions or providing incorrect information regarding health condition, age, or failure to meet the required conditions. The organizer bears no responsibility in such cases, provided that it has taken the necessary regulatory measures and requirements.

Eleventh: General Conduct

  • Compliance with public decency, laws, values, customs, and traditions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required.
  • Any aggressive or indecent behavior or behavior causing disturbance to others is prohibited.
  • The organizer has the right to remove any person who violates the instructions without refunding the ticket value.

Twelfth: Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control

In the event of any force majeure circumstance or any event beyond the control of the organizer, the organizer has the right to suspend, postpone, modify, stop, or cancel the event, fully or partially, without any liability, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Rain or severe weather conditions
  • Strong winds or storms
  • Power outage or failure of essential services
  • Government or regulatory decisions or instructions
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or health emergencies
  • Natural disasters
  • Any other circumstance beyond the organizer's control that makes the event impossible or unsafe to operate

The organizer bears no compensation obligation.

Thirteenth: Lost Items

  • The visitor bears full responsibility for keeping their money and valuable belongings.
  • The Visitor Service Office may be contacted, or official channels used, for inquiries about lost items.

Fourteenth: Complaints and Inquiries

  • Complaints and feedback are received via the website: www.shueur.sa
  • Complaints must be submitted within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of the incident.

Fifteenth: Operating Hours

  • Gate opening: 10:00 AM
  • Gate closing: 02:00 AM
  • The management of Boulevard Garden – Sufuoh Season reserves the right to modify operating hours when necessary, with announcement through official channels.

Sixteenth: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the city of Taif shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

Seventeenth: General Provisions

  • Purchasing or using the ticket is considered explicit acceptance of all these Terms and Conditions.
  • The management of Boulevard Garden – Sufuoh Season has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time in line with operational requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Shueur Platform commits to processing users' personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations, and in a manner that achieves the legitimate purposes of providing services, operating the platform, and improving it, while taking necessary measures to ensure data security and confidentiality, and not using or disclosing it except as permitted by law or with the consent of the data subject when required by law.
